So 3 weeks ago Desus & Mero had on Dascha Polanco from OITNB on their show and it was the most SEEN I'd every felt watching the show (And Mero already does a good job with that on his own) because those two got on like a housefire talking about staple Dominican household memories, like: Storing leftover food in empty Country Crock tubs, never finding butter cookies when you open a cookie tin your whole childhood, bringing food to the beach in legit pots, along with porcelain plates and cutlery as well as other green immigrant lifehacks.
The only thing I could not relate to was eating Spaghetti Wonderbread sandwiches. I am a strict avoider of carb redundancies.
But the best part was watching Desus struggling to regain his place in the interview, and occasionally sporting that Bugs Bunny WTF energy & sharing it with the audience.
